  I've given this place too many chances and am disappointed every time I go here. I will not be returning. They will tell you the minimal amount of information on the phone to get you into their place of business, and when you get there they will then inform you that they cannot help you. I went in on a Tuesday after calling to see if I could get a new pair of glasses without an appointment, they said yes, and when I got there they informed me that they didn't have a doctor on that day. Why they didn't tell me that on the phone I have no idea, but this seems to be a common occurrence. I have two small children and it is not easy for me to make trips especially to get glasses. They did this again when I asked about contacts. I will not be returning and I would definitely recommend not going here
