  Had my daughters 2nd birthday and was absolutely the worst 80 bucks I've ever spent the cake was nasty it was freezer burnt threw it in the garbage. And then called and complained and ask for a refund the first offer was 10% back and a free value meal I was insulted by that finally got a return phone call from main office and they offered me half off my next birthday party now why in the hell would I give you another opportunity to ruin another birthday party so after 41 years of being a loyal customer you have lost this customer
