  Just ordered delivery from the Washington, Illinois location. Ordered extra crispy crust for the pizza. Warning, extra crispy apparently means burnt! When my wife called to complain, the manager's response was "extra crispy means extra crispy" or words to that effect. That is an unacceptable response to a customer with a complaint. Ordered extra ranch dressing for the wings, did not receive any, let alone extra. After our complaint we were credited on our credit card for part of the order. Good thing it wasn't a store credit because we don't plan to order from them again.
